Step 1 Enquiring
The enquiry stage is an exciting opportunity for me to learn about who you are as a couple and your wedding style and preferences.

Once you've submitted your initial inquiry form with your confirmed date and venue, I'll respond to your email within 48 hours to confirm my availability. I'll also invite you to assist us in creating your unique mood board, serving as a wellspring of inspiration for our design concepts. To capture the essence of your wedding style, we encourage you to share as many inspirational images as possible, such as your chosen colour palette, wedding theme, venue decorating style, or any Pinterest boards.

Then we can arrange a free discovery call to explore our services and answer all the frequently asked questions. We can also explore a variety of inspirations and different design options to help you choose the perfect style for your special day. After this, I'll be able to give you a brief estimate of your cake's cost and provide some tips and advice for planning your wedding!
Step 2 Cake Tasting
Now, it is the time to try some cakes! Cake tasting is an option both before or after confirming your order. While it's not mandatory, we highly recommend it as an integral part of our luxury wedding cake experience.

For a small fee of £50 (included postage within the UK), you can order a tasting box designed for two, featuring a selection of our six most popular flavours. We provide next-day delivery to ensure you can savour them in the comfort of your home stress-free.
It's definitely a delightful opportunity to sample our offerings and make an informed choice for your special day. It's also a great idea to serve as a sweet surprise for your partner during your wedding planning or as a lovely wedding anniversary gift.
Step 3 Designing
Once you decide to book with us, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your wedding cake order and hold your date as we only work on one design at a time.
Following the deposit, I will present you with an initial digital cake sketch based on the mood-board we discussed earlier, then you will receive an invitation for a design video consultation conducted via Zoom. During this session, we'll discuss all the details of your wedding, such as flavour recommendations, colour palette, textures and selection of decorative elements, table styling and so much more. We will also liaise with your wedding venue or planner (if any) to ensure the cake is perfectly set-up on the day.
Subsequently, we'll offer up to four complimentary cake sketches, together with a tailored quotation based on the various design options presented.
Step 4 Delivery & Enjoy
About 6-8 weeks before your wedding, we will get in touch to confirm the final details. Once with remainder to be paid too. After that, it’s completely over to us!

I will personally collaborate in advance with your venue/event coordinator prior to the event to confirm delivery specifics, your florist or stylist to make sure the final design will match set-up.

On your wedding day, I'll arrive at your venue 1-3 hours in advance to set-up and do the final touches. We will provide a detailed list of information for your venue caterers about appropriate cake storage, cake flavours, allergen information, and how best to cut the cake to ensure the correct number of portions is obtained.
